Outpatient

Our Yuma outpatient clinic provides substance use and psychiatric services for adults. It includes the opiate treatment program that provides Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorders.

Services Include:

  • 1-1 and group counseling

  • Peer support

  • Psychiatric evaluations and treatment

  • Case management

  • Employment and housing supportive services

Monday-Friday
5:00am-6:00pm


Substance Use

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Our MAT treatment uses best practices to get our patients off of substances.

We treat physical dependence on alcohol, opioids, including prescription pain medications, fentanyl and heroin, with an outpatient system of integrated treatment.

Integrated Therapy Includes:

  • Behavioral therapies in individual and family group settings

  • Education from peers on life skills, relapse prevention techniques and more

  • Support services such as coordination of care with multiple providers

  • Medication Assisted Treatment when necessary

Residential Program

Our Residential Program is a 24-bed, co-ed program that provides treatment for substance use disorders and mental health or serious mental illness.

The program typically consists of a 28-30 day stay where patients attend group counseling, psychoeducational and peer support groups.

The Brief Intervention Program is intended to be up to 5 days for post crisis, medical detox or medication stabilization.
